Last week’s “long-legged wader” is a species found only on the southern coastlines in Florida, the Gulf Coast, and around Baja California, Reddish Egret. In addition, just to make it a little more difficult, it was a bird in juvenile plumage. For this week, well, birds in this family can always be a real challenge – good luck and great birding!
